Since her first Iyengar class back in Uni days, Isla has practiced Yoga of various schools, mainly Kundalini & Ashtanga. Qualifying to teach in June '25, Isla's classes are Ashtanga based with a sprinkling of these other influences. Including Yoga philosophy, breathwork, mantra, mudra & meditation, Isla aims to safely "hold" people during class so they can be curious about what resonates beyond the postures.
