The breath is probably the simplest, but also the most powerful tool we have at our disposal to transform our physical and mental health. Indeed, breath is life-force itself.
Many of us have developed unhelpful breathing habits throughout our lives, and this can have very real negative impact on our bodies and state of mind. Breath assessment can bring to light specific facets of the breath with may be inhibiting our natural good health, and by learning tailored and specific breathing practices we can have profound effects on our nervous system (which is really the key to everything).
